Support

E-Gadget can customise support just for you. We support you on a one to one level and your requirements are met on a personal basis. Our experience has given us the hindsight to know that everyone has different requirements and levels of support that are needed. If you need us just call us or contact us on our Contact Us page. If your support request is urgent, please call us rather than lodge a support request through the Contact Us page.

Phone Support:
Our Phone Support may be able to help fix your computer problem! If there is an issue please call us and we will giude you through a few prodecures on the phone. Please see our Contact Us page for the phone number, or above in the top right corner of this page. 

Remote Support:
Remote Support is offered also. We have Remote Support facility that can be accessed by calling us and we will guide you through the process of Remote Support. Please Note: Your Computer must be running and you need an active internet connection for our Remote Support Services.

Onsite Support:
We currently dont offer Onsite Support. In the near future we will be looking at this option however. You are more than welcome to just drop in the problem computer that is in question and we can book you in to get it serviced.

Please Note: All E-Gadget Support Requests are a charged Service and you may need to make a payment with us on the phone. You will be advised to the costs on the phone at the time of the call.
